Men’s Health and Hormone Replacement

As men age, it’s common to notice changes in energy, mood, focus, and physical performance. Much of this can be linked to a gradual decline in testosterone levels—a process sometimes called andropause—that can begin as early as the late 30s or 40s. Low testosterone may contribute to fatigue, reduced libido, erectile dysfunction, loss of muscle mass, weight gain, and difficulty concentrating. These shifts can impact confidence, motivation, and overall quality of life.

Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT)—including Testosterone Replacement Therapy (TRT)—is a medically supervised approach designed to restore optimal hormone balance. For men with confirmed low testosterone, TRT can improve energy, mood, strength, sexual function, and focus while supporting cardiovascular and bone health. Treatment is personalized and may include topical gels, injections, patches, or oral formulations depending on individual goals and preferences.

We also offer evaluation and treatment for erectile dysfunction, including prescription PDE5 inhibitors (such as sildenafil/Viagra and tadalafil/Cialis), which are proven, first-line options to support strong, reliable erections when used appropriately under medical supervision. Our clinic takes a comprehensive, evidence-based approach to men’s health. We start with a detailed assessment of your symptoms, medical history, and lab results—including hormone testing—to ensure safe and effective care. We’ll discuss both the benefits and potential risks of therapy, as well as lifestyle strategies proven to support natural testosterone production.

Because hormone therapies can sometimes lead to side effects such as a rise in hematocrit (which may be exacerbated by chronic health conditions and living at elevation), estrogen dominance, or changes in lipids, treatment is carefully monitored by an experienced medical doctor with over 20 years of clinical practice. Ongoing lab testing and individualized adjustments help keep therapy safe and effective while minimizing potential risks.

Our goal is to help you regain vitality, confidence, and overall well-being—whether you’re managing the challenges of andropause, addressing ED, or seeking preventive care.

Schedule a consultation to learn whether testosterone replacement therapy—or another personalized treatment—might be right for you. Together, we’ll create a plan to help you feel strong, focused, and at your best at every stage of life.
